1. Who is Prabhu Money Transfer?

Prabhu Money Transfer is a private limited company that is operating to handle Indo-Nepal Remittance Projects exclusively for Nepalese migrant workers in India. Prabhu Money Transfer India is expanding agent networks in PAN India to facilitate remittance services to Nepalese migrants who live in India.

You can easily send the money through Prabhu by visiting any of Prabhu’s CSP (Customer Service Points) in PAN India. Only, you need to do the E-KYC for the Remittance process (No Physical Document is Required).

You’ll save more money with us because our fees are lower than other remittance companies. Our service charge has been categorized into four parts as below. 

Account Deposit:       
1. INR 1 to 5000 – INR 90
2. INR 5001 to 50000 – INR 120

Cash Payment:

INR 1 to 5000 – INR 150
INR 5001 to 50000 – INR 199

We take ID proof as an “Aadhaar Card” to send the remittance (no physical document is required). The KYC will be done through Biometrics.

Receiver can collect the payment or deposit the amount within 10 minutes of sending the transaction from India.

Customer has to provide the beneficiary Name, Mobile and Address to send the money. Account Number, Bank name, and Branch for Account Deposit Transaction.

Yes, you can track by yourself or you can call our customer service executives on the given numbers.

Yes, you can send remittances to any bank categorized under A & B Level.

Beneficiary can collect money within 10 minutes after sending the transaction. There is a timeframe where the receiver must have to collect the payment within 15 days of sending the transaction. If the beneficiary did not collect the payment, then the amount will be returned back to India and the sender has to collect the amount back. Make sure that in Unclaimed transactions only the send amount will be refunded. A service charge will not be refunded to the customer.

PRABHU will not be liable or responsible for any failure, or delay in the performance of, any of Our obligations under these Terms if wrong beneficiary details are provided. In terms of wrong Information, we can take the necessary arrangements accordingly.

You can cancel the transaction by visiting the same counter where you have to send the remittance. For cancellation within 15 days, make sure the complete amount will be refunded including the service charge.

No, there is no need to pay any charge on the Pay-out location. If any of the agents asked for a charge then please contact our customer service executive or email us at support@prabhumoneytransfer.co.in.

Yes, you can send 3 transactions a day, 5 transactions a month, and 10 transactions a year.

Yes, you can send a maximum of only INR. 50000 in one transaction.

The Exchange rate Is fixed for Nepal and it’s 1.6.

Yes, it is safe, secure, and reliable to send money through Prabhu Money Transfer. In terms of security, you can visit our privacy policy page.

Our service is only to send money from India to Nepal. Receiving option is not available due to the regulatory restriction.

You can send money only to Nepal as of now. We will definitely let you know if our service is available for other countries in the future.
